Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

Spacious rooms with fold out couches which helped because we have big kids- ages 14-22. Good breakfast area with typical hotel breakfast- waffles, oatmeal, eggs (probably powdered but was fine), muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. One of our rooms was called a “queen suite”- it had 2 queen beds, fold out couch, very large room but not a separate bedroom with a door which my husband was expecting. Bathroom doors in the rooms are sliding barn doors which didn’t feel very “private”- however in the larger queen suite there was another inner (locking) door with the toilet & tub/shower behind it. The normal room didn’t have this- just the “suite.”

Breakfast was good, but seating was difficult. Room cleaner was the nicest person we encountered, but also the only one to actually acknowledge us more than was necessary.

Marcus went above & beyond and assisted me with errors on behalf of Booking.com! The cleanliness, roominess of the room & comfortable beds! Only one think that I didn't care for was the air conditioning unit should be on the bed side & not the LR side. Other than that our stay was phenomenal!!

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. At the time, they followed and enforced all the Covid restrictions. The breakfast was prepackaged (again due to Covid), but there was a variety of items even gluten free bagels!

All the workers were very friendly. We booked for the pool and the cleanliness that was reviewed on the hotel. When we arrived the pool was closed due to technical issues but was later opened in the evening so we were able to go swimming before Monster Jam
